In Karela Kids LLC we take care of every item that goes out and it takes a little of time to prepare it. Orders to the United States with standard shipping will be delivered within 5 to 8 business days upon payment validation (credit card or Pay Pal) and if the merchandise is in stock; if is not we will let you know and give you an estimated time of shipping. Orders to Puerto Rico and other countries with standard shipping will be delivered within 10 to 15 days after being processed( credit card or PayPal).For expedited shipping will be delivered within 2 to 5 days after being processed ( credit card or PayPal) and merchandise is in stock. Business days are Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 15 days of original purchase.
Please return items in their original condition, un-worn, un-washed with tags intact and with original protective packaging, hangers, plastics, shoe box.
Returns receive after 15 days and returns receive in damage or used condition will not be accepted and credit will not be return.
For refund give us 1 – 2 weeks to appear on your credit card or bank statement.Return shipping is not refundable.
For size exchanges please place a new order for the size desired and enclose a copy of the original sales receipt or confirmation email and mark the item being exchange and send us to our address:
